Here is January 11, 2012, Klarion newsletter for the Kiwanis Club of Bowling Green, KY. This week, we lost a true Kiwanian, Garland West. He joined our club in 1964, was President in 1972-73, was K-T District 14 Lt. Governor in 1998-99, and was honored as a George F. Hixson Fellow.
